These experiments generated multi-dimensional, hierarchical, longitudinal, and spatio-temporal signals and datasets. The analysis step involved dimension reduction, feature extraction, linear/non-linear mixed effects regressions, latent growth models, latent class analysis, prediction models among others.3. Developed efficient algorithms for data analysis and published them as open source toolboxes. Designed and implemented a brain computer interface (BCI) which can record brain, heart, and muscle signals; wirelessly transmit to a mobile application and interpret the signals in real-time using machine learnt models.
