In 2015, I launched Maktinta Energy to change the way we think about using energy. Moving away from just adding renewable energy to meet current needs, we adopted a 'Reduce before Produce' mindset. This means we first find ways to cut down energy use, then introduce cleaner energy solutions. The result? Smaller, smarter, and more cost-effective systems that are good for the wallet and the planet.Our edge comes from a smart cloud system we developed, allowing us to keep an eye on and fine-tune energy systems from afar, ensuring they adapt and efficiently meet changing energy demands.

Co Founded Free Hot Water in 2008 with a goal to design and build renewable energy solutions that can successfully compete economically with traditional fossil fuel technology without compromising on performance. In 2013 Free Hot Water met that goal and got the recognition from the Intersolar organization in the form of a prestigious industry award. Over the years, our team gained enormous experience by designing or directly influencing the design, specs and equipment set of hundreds of projects globally for a wide customer range:1. Government - buildings and facilities, military bases, fire departments, hospitals, medical clinics 2. Private sector - Hotels, HOAs, fitness centers, laundries, apartment buildings, breweries, restaurants, nursing homes, commercial pools, 3. Agricultural - Dairies, green houses, poultry processing plants, meat packing and rendering plants4. Academia – Universities, R&D centers In response to gaps in the available equipment set in the market Free Hot Water developed unique solutions to bridge these gaps1. Integrated Commercial solar pump stations and controls2. Energy management systems, remote controls and monitoring 3. Cost effective, easy to install storage systems with integrated heat exchangers4. Large standardized manifold systems for heat distribution 5. Labor saving universal racking system for DHW and pool systems 6. Pre-designed over 240 solar systems for ease of permitting and equipment set selectionFree Hot Water expertise was recognized by industry leader AO Smith and was elected to be their solar partner for the design of solar systems for their customers.
