I am a User Experience expert & Product Designer Manager from Tel Aviv.Graduated from Shenkar - the department of visual communication in 2012.In addition, studied User Experience (UX) design.My experience includes managing design teams for both B2C & B2B products, and leading products from inception to execution.I'm passionate about the process of conceptualizing new design and its implementation in digital form, and about the impact of the design on the user's feelings and actions.As a design manager, I design and establish new processes across product, development, and design teams. Working closely with business owners to crystalize the product values and connect the design teams with the business goals.I was fortunate to work in a wide range of communication disciplines: from writing a weekly column through art direction & conceptualizing processes, to user experience and interface.I am fascinated by the emotional effect digital products have on our lives, and how their implications on our personal decision-making. By bringing to life great ideas & fulfilling people's needs & desires, I know my work can really make a difference.
