I am an FX lead with a unique combination of both artistic and management background and more than 6 years of experience in the field of CGI production possessing an unquenchable eagerness to continuously study and develop myself.As an FX lead my aim is to reach outstanding visual quality both in looks and dynamics within the given budget. The budget limitations enhance my creativity, problem solving skills and compel me to pursue constant optimization and automatization. I spearhead CGI projects, manage in-house and freelance artists, work closely together with the Director, Art Director and CG Supervisor of the project.The artistic part of my work consists of working in Houdini, Maya and Nuke, using mainly Arnold and Mantra renderers, handling artistic and technical challenges on a daily basis. I also have experience using Unreal Engine in production.The management part of my work consists of working with proprietary project management software and tools from the planning and bidding phase to the final delivery. I have experience working with many different project and shot management software like Shotgun, Ftrack Jira and Asana just to name a few.During my time as a production coordinator I managed most divisions in the CGI pipeline and communicated with clients. I gained great understanding of the entire CGI production process and strong communication and people management skills.I also take great interest in applying my artistic and management skills to bring larger CGI and VFX projects to life.
