My objectives are to make aspiring product designers, product designers, and career shifters learn about how product designer work in real-life situations and also make product design education more accessible.I Build NAP Learn as a solo founder. I do branding, marketing, design & create course materials.

Responsibility:• I worked on end-to-end processes in product development. Do problem discovery, problem deep diving, and craft UI, until I handover my design to the engineer.• Designer on the Marketplace buyer team, Led & supervise Digital product design, designing flash sale, create 1st version search recommendation flow, revamped registration flow, revamped cart experience, enabling COD for online buyer, enabling PayLater payment method, mentoring junior designer, create & improving designer workflow, help hiring team to interview designerProject & Impact• Designed COD for online users that have high adoption rate of ~70% & orders have a higher completion rate• Revamp registration flow that increases registration completion rate from 20.15% to 74.93%, also increase e2e conversion registration to order placed from 1.02% to 3.33%• Designed & implemented search recommendations that help users find more relevant products and help the internal team (esp data & product team) make the query data more insightful• Led and supervised 3rd party design team to develop a digital product• Designed repurchase flow that contributed to 2.5% of total orders and 4% of total GMV

What I do• Gathering user interview, data analytics using google analytics and hot jar to get user need and know users behavior • Creating a new Kulina website design and also designing for Kulina mobile apps.• Improving user experience in the Kulina website and mobile • Working with cross-functional team (marketing, food team, data analytics, developer, business and project manager)• Create mobile design for the first version of Kulina mobile app for iOS and Android OSMain Achievement• Launched a successful Android & iOS consumer app and achieved a delightful 4.8 stars rating in both OS• Revamped Design process from ad hoc to Design Thinking, maintained • user research per week.
