I am a passionate person in the field of engineering including motorsport, automotive, artificial intelligence and control systems who has a Master's Degree in Electrical Control System Engineering from Universitas Indonesia. I have a strong technical aptitude and have adapted to new technology and processes in every opportunity I’ve had. I am able to work in a variety of computer programs and quick to adapt to new technology when needed. Lately, I've been studying on the possibility of Carbon Fiber Reinforced 3D Printer-made parts to be applied in the area of manufacturing.During my two years as a graduate student, I possessed skills in C++ programming language, MATLAB, CarSim Simulation while working on thesis at designing an electronic stability control for electric vehicle based on Linear Parameter Varying-Model Predictive Control (LPV-MPC) method. In addition, I also released a research paper about the optimum coefficient value of tire cornering stiffness and air drag using the curve fitting least square method on IEEE.I am currently working as a Process Engineer/Supervisor at the biggest motorcycle manufacturer in Indonesia. As a supervisor, I am responsible for giving assignment & evaluating subordinate regarding to the project completion as well as presenting the result to managers. In my experience, I’ve found leading by example to be my best quality, but I’ve also led many projects where I organized a team and managed our time to complete all of the necessary tasks. I solved every conflict that surfaced by communicating with my team and developing an understanding of each person’s capabilities, work ethic and emotions. In the role of a process engineer, I analyze and evaluate the project including lead time schedule, bill of material, equipment specification requirement etc. Through this job included presenting & speaking with clients on the phone and in-person to resolve problems.
