I left Tourlane after the Wooga exit to pursue my dream of starting my own business. Towebu is my software consultancy firm. During that time, I worked with selected clients like Hive, inkintt or kitchn.io.

I've always wanted to start my own company and tried to do it during my consulting phase. I've realized that it takes a team effort to find the right problem to solve and tackle it properly. That is why in order to find a co-founder I've decided to join Antler. Although we did not end up joining forces, it was a great experience and I learned additional things about entrepreneurship.

I joined Tourlane as their very first tech employee.Architectured the tech stack and built the team from 0 to 40 engineers.Tech budgets, OKRs, team culture, Hiring, designing, implementing 360 feedback, coaching young managers, and automated the platform to a point where designers or new joiners could confidently deploy alone to production in less than 10 minutes.During that time, I gave several talks in places like Unicorns in tech or the ruby and golang users group.

After 15 years working I took some time off.
