Professionally qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, I have over 30 years’ professional experience gained within the UK, Western European, US, Indian and Middle Eastern construction markets. I have serviced many high-profile clients and collaborated with many of the industry’s leading design consultants on a number of internationally recognised projects, including:• Solideres' restoration and development of Beirut City Centre, Lebanon• Pompidou Centre, Metz, France• Cell Therapy Catapult, Central London, UK Throughout the last 20 years I have specialised in the Life Sciences sector. My experience includes both cost and project management services for landlords, tenants, owner-occupiers, developers, venture capitalists, funders and REIT's across a broad spectrum of project types. These range from new-builds to complex refurbishments, repurpose and fit-outs within live operational environments.
