The biggest approved credit deal in 2013 – 14 MUSD for the Ukrainian food producer (WC and investment financing). Total credit portfolio under operation - 150 MUSD• Credit analysis of corporate clients (net sales 4 - 150 MUSD) including cash flow analysis, ratio analysis, financial modelling, financial forecasting, industry and market analysis• Methodology development and follow-up (loan loss provisions as per NBU instruction #23, credit related processes, credit products and technical orders for IT solutions development). • Recruitment of the new personnel organization of the efficient day to day operational process in the department (5 people in the department) Credit deals processing and monitoring (Sep 12-Jul 13):• Organization of the credit agreements signing process, including negotiations with clients on the protocols of disagreement on the credit agreement text, notaries and insurance companies• Corporate credit portfolio follow up Achievements: • In 2013 as a project manager developed and implemented two bank products for corporate clients, took part in development and implementation of all existing in the Bank credit products for corporate clients• Took part in the development and implementation of every bank’s credit product for corporate clients• Facilitated migration of the former Erste bank overdrafts to the FIDO balance by designing unique credit structure for each of 47 clients • Being the member of the project team from the side of corporate business developed the credit process using the Ziebel CRM, currently the demo version is in progress• As a member of the due diligence team successfully fulfilled the due diligence of the problem bank’s credit portfolio to be purchased
