Lead Portfolio Manager since 2019 for the Janus Henderson Global Equity Strategy with over $2bn of assets. Generated top quartile performance over three years and very close to top quartile performance over five years to end December 2022. Award winning performance as part of a team managing £1.6bn of Asia Pacific and Emerging Market Equities. (FT Pension and Investment Provider Award for Active Asia Pacific Equity in 2009 and S&P Capital Long Term Grading for Asia Pacific Investment Performance awarded in 2012.Generated outperformance in excess of 500bps at the aggregate portfolio level from positive stock selection across all core funds over three years to end December 2013. Contribution documented in historic annual appraisals.Achieved maximum performance fees for core funds over 1 and 3 years in 2013 and also in 2011 when the performance fee structure was introduced.Gained over £200m in new third party institutional fund flow across a number of Asian Equity mandates over the last five years.Contributed to the successful presentation of key attributes of the investment process on an ongoing basis in order to maintain the "Buy" rating which Russell Investments has awarded the Ignis Asian Equity Product.Mentored and coached an exceptionally successful graduate who, after working closely with me for three years, joined a leading hedge fund in London as a portfolio manager. Following that she was hired by one of the world's most successful hedge funds in North America and spent four years there as Head of Emerging Market Equities before setting up her own Research Firm in 2018.
