As an associate lecturer at Rome Tor Vergata University, I am honored to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with students in the CBRNe master's program. My lectures are focused on the critical topic of emergency communication, specifically the role of social media in emergency situations.I have a deep understanding of the various elements that are essential for effective communication during emergency scenarios. In my lectures, I delve into the technical aspects of social media communication and its integration into emergency planning. This includes discussing the various platforms and tools that can be utilized, as well as strategies for effectively disseminating information and managing crisis communication.Furthermore, I am well-versed in the importance of communication not only in the context of counterterrorism and national security but also in everyday interactions between individuals. I emphasize the importance of clear and concise communication, which is vital for ensuring that accurate information is disseminated in a timely manner, and that confusion and panic are minimized.Through my lectures, I aim to contribute to the development of well-rounded and well-informed decision-makers, who will be equipped to handle emergency communication effectively and efficiently. I have been fortunate to have 14 years of experience working in the field of emergency management and CBRNe security, and I bring this wealth of knowledge and expertise to my lectures. As the founder of CBRN Academy, I am proud to have established a project that aims to aid and support public, private, and governmental organizations in predicting and responding to their future challenges, learning, and development requirements, and in the design and delivery of health, safety, security, defense, policing, emergency preparedness, and crisis management training courses. I have dedicated myself to this mission and have been fortunate enough to achieve several key accomplishments throughout my tenure.One such accomplishment was being honored by His Excellency, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, the Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, for our timely initiative to provide innovative training for the Dubai Police Future Foresight and Decision-Making Department, as well as the Dubai Police Academy at the very start of the Corona’s outbreak. This recognition is a testament to the effectiveness of our training programs and the dedication of our team.In addition to this, I have also had the privilege of providing a comprehensive CBRN and HAZMAT introduction training to over 30 officers of the UAE Civil Defence, which further showcases our ability to deliver effective and impactful training programs.As a result of my experience and achievements, I have decided to merge my personal experience with Hotzone Solutions, with the goal of continuing to provide innovative and effective training programs and products that support first responders in preventing, preparing for, responding to, and recovering from the full spectrum of CBRNE threats.While I am proud of my accomplishments, I also recognize that there is always room for growth and improvement. As the Executive Director of Hotzone Solutions Middle East, I was honored to lead the company's strategic vision and development efforts, overseeing the implementation of business plans, policies, and procedures from the ground up. I was responsible for efficiently managing the day-to-day operations and delivering primary training programs that met both the company's vision and the expectations of our clients. Through proactive identification of internal and external issues, I conducted SWOT analyses and established performance monitoring standards to undertake corrective actions and measure the success of our operations.One of my key achievements was successfully negotiating with partner institutes, interpreters, hotels, and the company's headquarters to save 32% of company expenses. I also represented the company at various international exhibitions, conferences, and workshops, building strong relationships with business partners to support the business continuity and progress in Europe, the USA, the MENA region, and the GCC. Additionally, I negotiated the best contracts and deals to establish a strong international network of partners and clients.I also played a crucial role in setting up the company's Radiation Protection Program and obtaining a license for radioactive sources by communicating with the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation. Furthermore, I oversaw the design and construction of the company's booth at IDEX 2013, 2015, and 2017 - the only international defence exhibition and conference in the MENA region showcasing the latest technology across land, sea and air sectors of defence.Lastly, I crafted 22 training courses holistically covering Radiation Safety as per the Quality Standard of Abu Dhabi Centre for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (ACTVET).
