Field Operations Manager
Current• Establishing performance objectives that align with organization goals, as well as supporting field activities to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements in concert with best engineering practices.• Analyzing data to identify key trends in metrics and to make recommendations regarding operational effectiveness, while promoting the cultural focus addressing areas that need improvement and areas of inconsistency.• Coordinating with Sales and Marketing executives to develop field strategies and initiatives, as well as continually striving to better define and improve departmental processes for optimal efficiency.• Establishing and maintaining effective, productive working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels along with other external contacts, while engaging intradepartmental and interdepartmental resources to achieve results.• Managing material orders and deliveries in alignment with schedules, working to reduce costs through good planning and timely execution of work, while managing P&L for all projects assigned.• Determining training requirements and promoting direct report development through Individual Development Plans, peer-to-peer training, and internal and external training resources.• Establishing and monitoring performance objectives for direct reports that align with organization goals, while coaching to attain objectives and providing leadership along with motivation to the whole team.
