-Submission of OWHT , PAYEE ,VAT to BURS- Assisting with receipting of invoices-Capturing local and foreign payments daily on the cash book - Weekly cash book reconciliations-Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to support all payments to approved suppliers-Preparation of invoices to be approved by directors-Handling company petty cash and monthly petty cash reconciliations-Filling in company information as per the banks and suppliers needs

-Processing invoices and payments to suppliers-Processing and recording payments received from customers -Reconciling bank statements and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded -Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions in the general ledger -Preparing financial daily reports and analyzing financial data -Intercompany reconciliations -Provisional tax calculations -Capturing other withholding tax,preparing payment and submitting it to BURS -Preparing VAT returns and submitting training levy to BURS -Month end reports -Petty cash reconciliation

-Assist in processing and verifying fuel invoices from suppliers -Ensuring fuel payments are made on time and that the correct payment method is used -Ensuring that all fuel payments have been recorded accurately and that there are no discrepancies
