 Studying overall project details, drawing, schedule, priority, etc.  Explaining the same details to subordinates.  Planning the team allocation for all projects. Following up of fit up, inspection, welding, cleaning, galvanizing, paint & dispatch also. Co-ordinate with design department for all drawing queries. Co-ordinate with site team (Client side). Identity unsafe operation and practices and report the same to manage immediately. Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendation for improvements. Develop operation instruction and equipment specification for production activates. Develop best practices to improve production capability, quality and dependability.

 Responsible to making Projects planning for fabrication purpose, Man power handling through JOB Card system & Direct or Indirect executions with Supervisors, Forman, workers. Coordination's with Project dept., QC or QA dept., EHS dept. Welding dev., Maintenance dev., Store dept. & Vendors for fabrication purpose, etc. To control & Monitor all projects with implementation system in shop floor side plus get good output as per Schedule & provide pure Satisfaction to our Customers with achieve actual Completion date. Responsible to making all side planning for handling various Projects & using SAP system, Job Card system, in shift wise schedule. Making Purchase requisitions via SAP system to get materials as per fabrication requirements & maintain materials availabilities through system & in Department.

 Responsible for making Project Planning , Updating & Monitoring Box schedules + Concerto, Execution of Projects to Sub Contractors. Coordination with various Departments like, Quality control, Welding, Design, Planning Dept., Safety (EHS) dept. Inspection, Estate Maintenance, Logistic for Job related work. Monitoring & controlling in quality of Welding + Fabrication. Responsible for completion of all NDT activities as per ASME Code in the QMS system of BAAN. Handle multiple variety of Pressure vessels like, Heat Exchanger, Coal Gasifier with Internals, Crude Distillation Column (CDU). Handle multiple varieties of Pressure vessels like, Heat Exchanger, Coal Gasifier storage tanks. Monitoring & Controlling to get good output as per time also provide Customer satisfaction with achieve Actual CDD of Projects.
