Project ManagerSchool District of Osceola County July 2018 – PresentResponsibilities:• Interpret and implement all administrative rules and policies as they relate to minor construction projects, renovations and building modifications• Develop or recommend improved programs to effectively manage various projects utilizing T.Q.M. and value engineering practices as appropriate • Assist other District administrators in resolving design and construction problem disputes and to interpret all applicable building codes as they apply • Develop and oversee construction cost analysis programs for each project and ensure compliance with necessary cost tracking requirements • Serve as the Maintenance Department Liaison with District/D.O.E. personnel, contractors, architects, engineers and other regulatory personnel in the design and construction of new construction projects, remodeling and renovations • Check and verify the accuracy of dimensions, surveys, and setbacks • Read and check blueprints and specifications for compliance with all applicable codes • Observe and inspect all work performed for quality and accuracy • Maintain all required construction and inspection logs on a daily basis if necessary • Prepare necessary sketches of minor construction projects and blueprint deviations as necessary • Inspect, verify and approve contractor pay requests • Perform other work-related tasks or services consistent with the assigned Maintenance Department mission; such as MEP Maintenance representative, maintain District chiller inventory, manage chiller and water treatment service contracts• Assume the duties of Director when required by the Director of Maintenance• Oversee all projects for the Maintenance Department• Assist and support Foreman and Leads with any project needs• Project Management (over $10M completed projects; mechanical, BAS, electrical, plumbing, civil sitework, painting, flooring, casework, others)

Responsible for programming and managing software programs for building automation systems. This includes planning, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing all building automation systems while ensuring optimal building comfort levels and maximum lighting efficiencies.Responsibilities:• Monitors facilities design and construction activities related to Energy Management• Analyze complex control sequences and resulting operations• Develop innovations that solve difficult technical issues• Maintain records, files and all control systems database programs• Train and instruct employees in new methods and procedures• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, engineers and others concerning equipment maintenance and operations• Work with warehouse division to ensure of proper stock items and quantities • Inspect contracted work to ensure its completion within assigned time limits and for acceptable quality standards according to terms stipulated in contracts• Ensure that Energy Management operations are supportive of the instructional goals of the district• Perform test and balance procedures• Management and supervision of HVACR staff (assigned work, ensure completion and quality including: service, preventive maintenance and installation)• Project Management (small projects, mechanical and BAS)
