The platform — NetScribe — was designed entirely to run securely in the cloud. I built a team then brought the platform out of the lab and into production. We then proceeded to integrate into it every single product the company has either created or acquired, and even introduced a couple of new products along the way. Eighteen months later, the company has moved essentially its entire book of business for three verticals to the new platform... all of this amidst a technical leadership sea change. What a ride. In the second half of my engagement my role focused on establishing the company's IP portfolio management functional area, where I co-authored two patents filed with the USPTO, and on architecting the company's first homegrown AI product in a 12-month period. This included leading the development of the strategy and operational model for building two large scale offshore production centers driving over $8M EBITDA expansion in the first three years of operation.
