Projects i was a part of:Ghost Recon Online TeamFirst project I was assigned to after joining the Online Testing Team (QC Ops). I was immediately placed in contact with part of the Development team and Live Producers.The team was in charge of validating builds on a Staging server before they were deployed on the Live server, identifying and reporting issues that might impact the experience of the end user. Daily reports of issues and possible problems encountered were also a part of the given task along with participating in weekly meetings, in order to decide the severity of issues on the Live servers.The Settlers OnlineBeing the first Online Blue Byte Project that was assigned to the Bucharest Team I was assigned to create and coordinate testing plans for The Settlers Online. Responsibilities:- Coordinating the Settlers online Live QA Team- Creating Validation documents and Test cases.- Maintaining relations with the Blue Byte Team members, Leads and Producers- Cooperating with the Settlers online GM team and Customer Support in order to identify certain issues and keep them up to date with the issues that were being fixed.- Creating step-by-step documentation for the newly learned testing procedures and passing the acquired knowledge to the other Online testing teams- Managing the available resources (Team members and Strike Team) in order to provide full coverage for the weekly Maintenance and any emergencies that might arise. - Ensuring that each version that is to be deployed on the live servers is up to QA Standards.- Periodically reporting the status of the project, team member activities, improvements and problems to my direct superior.
