I continue my career in the same project as Lead Architect.My duty and responsibities has changed as below,Report directly to design manager for all deliverables of subconsultant, Prepare schedules with planning department regarding the submissions.Arrange coordination meetings between lead designer,subconsultants and subcontractor.Attending, chairing or coordinating department meetings and interfacing with client and responding their queries.Support cost team design related issue to provide accurate cost plan.Support management team to prepare Change Request Form(CRF), Variation Order(VO) regarding design issues based on client changes request,

i had been working on Crescent Development Project in Azerbaijn.The mixed use development, including seven star iconic hotel on the Caspian sea, residential and commercial tower, grouped around a retail podium.1.3 billion dollar budget and total construction area is 450,000m2. My main responsibities as below:Coordination of all disciplines, (structural, MEP and Design team),Review and comment all designer, contractors, sub-contractor shop drawings for construction.Report directly to design manager for all deliverables, Review of design projects according to international specifications.During the coordination, addressed quickly and effectively all sub consultant, subcontractor and lead designer RFIs.Prepare fire life&safety drawings with fire marshal and get approval from local authorities.

Haydar Aliyev Centre, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects. total construction area is 110,000m2 and the building cost is 220 million euro.The Center houses a conference hall with auditorium, a library, a museum, food and beverage areas. Building had an official opening ceremony on 10th September 2012.my main responsibitiesLiaises with design manager, join workshops with lead designer, interior designer and other sub consultant to make sure all disciplines are coordinated. Provide and propose solutions during the design and construction stage to the subcontractor and the lead designer. Provide schedules to the design manager for design drawings to catch up overall construction schedule. Prepare BOQ for specific areas and order material for site. Review and approve all subcontractor drawings to make sure constructible on site.

Designed by EAA, the Zorlu Center Project simultaneosly incorporated five seperate function like Hotel,shopping mall,residence towers,town houses,including performance art center.Main activities and responsibilities: Join the weekly meeting with lead designer, client and tenants to monitor progress and clarify/emphasis the implication to the site works. Afterwards, prepare VO design and site related items to get approval from client before integrate in design and site. Propose design solutions during the construction phase to avoid any delay on site. Assist design team to prepare fully coordinated builders works for construction coordinating with MEP, structure and other subcontractor. Control site works regularly to make sure installations are ongoing properly as per Class A building requirements.

Sabiha Gokcen International Airport project is a Greenfield construction with capacity of 25 million annual passengers. Capacity conducts domestic and international flights under one roof. Building has a value of 550 million dollars and total terminal area 210.000 m2 .Main activities and responsibilities: Installation of all finishing works of arrival, departure level and VIP-CIP lounge levels. Manage site progress and installation properly, also procure of materials, coordination of design and site, prepare of progress payment. Building had an official opening ceremony on 25th November 2009.
