Human-robot interaction (vehicle behavior) & human-autonomy system (test vehicle inside). 3.5 year research collaboration with Center for Design Research (CDR) at Stanford University.

Executed research project investigating the anticipation of cognitive control elicited by visual cues: *Visual Perception, Cognition, Executive Control, Anticipation, Motor preparation, Inhibition,, Rule-guided behavior* How do we use visual cues in order to anticipate and prepare for tasks that require immediate executive control? Can we identify sub-processes and associated brain areas of this cognitive ability? I investigated cognitive strategies by measuring behavior (speed, accuracy), electric brain activity (EEG) and cerebral blood flow (brain scans, fMRI). I planned and ran several complex experiments, analyzed small to large data sets with different statistical approaches, taught and mentored, wrote grants, and presented and published my work internationally.

Consultancy service for governmental insurances who seek help in finding occupational solutions for people who cannot work in their original professions for health reasons. Co-responsibility for the profitability of the new North-East Germany office. • Product development for a 7-week career change program for adults.• Developed individual career change plans, assessed cognitive abilities, worked on motivation and negotiated support with cross-functional partners (health, education).
