I was an advocate for girls' education rights and spoke person for the organization regarding project goals. Organized: Capacity Building Training on Gender Equality and Gender Sensitive Terminology for project team

• Support lead in Training CHW and other local partnering staff on health and psycho-social topics. Be a main trainer in Mental Health and Health trainings.• Lead in setting up weekly individual and group Supervision for CHWs’ in order to receive highest standards of practice in community mental health and health topics.• Support lead in organizing weekly awareness sessions by the CHWs’ to the meetings with CHWs’ in order to report information, attend training, and receive instructions regarding activities in the local community.• Coordinate with MHPSS Manager and other IMC MHPSS/Protection staff regarding CHW outreach and school-based activities and responsibilities.• Lead CHWs and coordinate activities to ensure that CHWs stay active and productive in the community.• Create and support CHWs to disseminate health and psycho-social education and awareness sessions to community members at their homes, in the community or at the supported referral Community Centers, Municipalities, and Clinics.• Ensure proper linkages are made between CHWs and other IMC programs.• Act as the link between the IMC’s multidisciplinary team and the affected population at community level by reporting community comments or complaints, and by spreading information and performing community mobilization.• Assist to Monitoring and Evaluation team to gather data and report it on a monthly basis as well as during periodic surveys and help feed back findings to stakeholders and the community.• Help identify key health/MH practices to be addressed and help to plan and carry out appropriate activities to promote safe practices, including: Awareness activities, information campaigns, use of educational materials etc.• Act as a spokesperson for the community regarding program development and evolution.• Use resources effectively and with care.
