In January 2006, I graduated from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Architecture. My graduation project was Cancer Treatment and Research Center. After graduation, I worked in different phases of different sized projects -from a medical center to a hospital that’s 55.000m²- for 7 years, at the German Hospital. I have been assigned to work both in domestic and foreign construction sites. I worked as a manager for four years of seven years. I quit my job in January 2013. In this period, in addition to hospital architecture, I had information about the Ministry of Health regulations. Add to this, by following the latest software, I acquired both time saving experiences and efficient presentation techniques for my projects. During 2 years and 3 months in Cevahir Holding, I have been assigned to work on a mixed project that is composed of a shopping mall and four 40 storey towers.In this project, generally I have been the member who makes three dimensional modelling, superposition and quantities in the team. During the 4 years and 6 months I worked in Yüksel Proje, I worked as the Architectural Works Responsible Manager in the first phase of a 250.000m² Training and Research Hospital, within the consultancy firm, in the first phase of 180.000 m²; I fulfilled the duties of technical control of all documents submitted for approval for application, all correspondence, presentation and reporting within this scope, as well as preparation of technical specifications and BoQ for the 2nd phase. Consequently, I have experience in project design of health buildings, licensing, field applications, controls of documents submitted by the Contractor for field application and reporting. The main fields of activity in which I gained experience throughout my professional life are mainly new hospital projects, hospital projects planned to be partially or completely renovated, Faculty of Fine Arts, shopping mall and housing projects.My goal is giving direction to my career in a position that I can add value to your company by using the knowledge that I have collected throughout my education and career life. I worked as the responsible architect in the Contractor company team of the project, which was prepared by Uygur Architects in Ankara, with a total closed area of 3809m² and carried out under the consultancy of Optimal. In order for the project to be implemented in the construction area within the stipulated time, I performed tasks such as; preparing all the shop drawings and the materials to be used in the construction area based on the architectural projects annexed to the contract, submitting them to the consultant, getting them approved, superposing the mechanical-electrical-static and architectural projects, especially suspended ceilings by modeling them floor by floor in Revit, submitting it to the consultant after it is sent to all disciplines and joint decisions are taken, getting them approved, modeling of the facade with revit and obtaining the quantities of the materials to be used on the facade, ensuring coordination with subcontractors, following the orders, get firms to make samples done in the construction area, following the applications, etc.

Architectural Works Responsible ManagerYüksel Proje Jun 2016 - Dec 2020Kaptanpaşa Neighborhood_Darülaceze Street_Okmeydanı-Şişli/İstanbulCemil Taşçıoğlu City Hospital Project comprise of demolishment works of existing hospital building and construction of a new 1,000 bed hospital building instead. New one, with 250,000 sqm indoor area, equipped with seismic base isolators for an uninterrupted service following a quake. First public hospital designed for being a candidate of LEED Gold Certificate. Equipped with energy saving systems to produce substantial power need from natural gas. I performed the technical controls of the shopdrawings, material approval files, construction methods and mock up presentations which were created and submitted for approval by the Contractor according to the technical specifications, the relevant regulations to be followed and the Leed Gold certificate criterias. I created architectural design alternatives for solutions when necessary. I made controls of the quantities, progress payment, follow-up and site constructions. I attended the meetings with different groups / representatives from different disciplines such as Hospital Management, Provincial Health Directorate, the Employer, the Lender, the Contractor, the Subcontractor companies, the Leed Consultant, the Fire Consultant, the Medical Consultant, Göztepe Süleyman Yalçın City Hospital construction team and I guided the manufactures in line with the decisions taken. I made official correspondence, necessary presentations and reports in English & Turkish. I made Provisional Acceptance examinations and created the missing lists.

Street 34204 , İstanbulThe total area of the building, which consists of 1 basement floor, 1 ground floor and 4 normal floors, is 1307m². I prepared the building survey project by taking the exact measurements of the existing building where Işık Medical Center is located. Subsequently, the applicability of the revisions planned to be made by the Employer in the building was evaluated. I created the Architectural Renovation Project that will be given to the official authorities in line with the applicable demands of the Employer and shared it with the Employer. I prepared four different revision projects in which the revisions requested by the Employer were processed.

ArchitectCevahir Holding Nov 2013 - Jan 2016Darülaceze Street N.29 Okmeydanı Şişli/İstanbulI have been assigned to work on architectural project of Skycity which is composed of a shopping mall and four 40 storey towers in downtown of Skopje, the capital of Macedonia. They are under construction. For Skycity, I worked on three dimensional modelling of project, superposition of architectural, static, mechanic and electrical projects, preparing the application project that is going to be given to the local government to get licence, performing quantity takeoff and some facade designs. Also, there is another project named Suncity in Skopje, that is planned on 800.000m² field on foothills of Vodno hill,consisting of villas.It is still in project phase and will be built step by step. For Suncity, I worked on terrain modelling, making excavation and filling calculations and design of road and building settlements according to the slope.

I prepared the building survey project of Kadıköy Universal (formerly named as Kadıköy Vatan) that is the existing hospital in Kadıköy and I designed a renovation project that includes renovations that must be done according to the latest official regulations. Also I worked on the building survey project of Universal Hospital Çamlıca that was a new hospital, in business, in Çamlıca and I designed a renovation project according to the latest official regulations and employers' orders.
