Employee training and development activities included employee assessments, professional training and online training activities. We were providing services to all group companies.

I lead all new projects (performance management system, compensation and benefits etc.) regarding Human Resources functions and ensure that they are implemented in all field HR, especially in e-commerce and retail companies (D&R, Idefix, KARGOMsende).

I was working on all projects in Turkey (Istanbul, Bursa) and abroad (England, Netherlands, Qatar etc.) including AnelMarin, AnelSis, Anel Doğa and Anel Elektrik companies.
