- Financial due diligence (sell-side and buy-side)- Transaction management, negotiation and documentations, and post-completion integration- Project execution and providing value to the client through insights, factual conclusions and advice- Lead project teams, plan and monitor the progress of the team and the financial engagement metrics

- Working in a multinational environment, consolidating 73 entities in 11 different countries- Ability to manage cross-cultural teams during implementation of system changes (transition to monthly IFRS reporting and SAP BPC reporting) and normal course of consolidation- Significant experience in complex consolidation and reporting structure with 10 different functional currencies under TAVHL consolidation- Monthly reporting: Group reporting (Groupe ADP) package, management reporting (based on KPIs) and presentations- Quarterly reporting: Consolidated IFRS (in EUR) and CMB (in TL) reports- Yearly reporting: IFRS and KGK reports of solo entities (More than 15 consolidated and standalone reports)- Working with very tight deadlines- Working in a changing environment with different cases each period, acquisition of subsidiaries or non-controlling interests, establishment of new entities, hedge accounting for interest rate swaps, cross currency swaps and forward transactions, IFRIC 12 application, impairment testing, different consolidation methods- Financial analysis of business performance, variance and KPI analyses on actual basis each month- TAVHL consolidation in Oracle Hyperion, Groupe ADP reporting in SAP BPC
