My core responsibilities at Yahoo included:- Partnering closely with design, product management, and engineering team stakeholders to prioritize and define research requirements and strategy. - Managing design research projects for multiple Yahoo properties, by working with third party design research vendors / market research agencies.- Planning and conducting user research studies for Yahoo products using a variety of research methods to meet study objectives. - Partnering with researchers across Yahoo Insights to collaborate and conduct complex multi-country studies or to share research resources and findings. - Evangelizing user research and driving adoption of research into different points of the product and design lifecycle across teams at Yahoo India.

At Infosys, I first worked in the Communication Design Group (CDG) and later at Finacle. (A core banking product developed by Infosys).
