At Anagram Research:- I manage the day to day business and administrative responsibilities of a small design research consultancy.- Build and maintain a network of reliable and excellent resources who may be pulled in to create high quality ad-hoc teams that best meet individual project requirements. - Build effective relationships and collaborate with clients across different stages of engagement. - Provide hands on technical expertise and/or closely manage Anagram Research consulting projects. - Create and conduct customized training and workshops for corporates and academic institutions. Clients: Anagram Research works with a wide variety of organizations that include Indian and global corporations and startups across sectors. I have conducted short courses and research workshops at NID Bangalore, DJ Academy of Design Coimbatore, L’Ecole De Design Bangalore and We School Bangalore)

My core responsibilities at Yahoo included:- Partnering closely with design, product management, and engineering team stakeholders to prioritize and define research requirements and strategy. - Managing design research projects for multiple Yahoo properties, by working with third party design research vendors / market research agencies.- Planning and conducting user research studies for Yahoo products using a variety of research methods to meet study objectives. - Partnering with researchers across Yahoo Insights to collaborate and conduct complex multi-country studies or to share research resources and findings. - Evangelizing user research and driving adoption of research into different points of the product and design lifecycle across teams at Yahoo India.

At Infosys, I first worked in the Communication Design Group (CDG) and later at Finacle. (A core banking product developed by Infosys).
