Analyzed metrics for Cisco's Smart Services portfolio in hyper-growth, emerging markets of Brazil, Russia, India, China and Mexico for medium sized businesses to determine factors influencing customer's decision to purchase support services.

Drove product and engineering management for government wireless communications and network management products.- Developed five-year product portfolio roadmap for the government’s next generation military radio network management software to address issues including functionality overlap/gaps and usability issues. Prepared and presented development schedules for product portfolio to executive leadership.- Created an emerging technologies roadmap providing recommendations for future product enhancements to government leadership such as emerging Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) protocols and technology from Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) research projects.- Positioned the government to decrease time to market by leading a cross-functional requirements development team to on-time delivery of a product requirements document under an accelerated timeline.- Designed product line implementation strategies for two network management applications and produced associated documentation for outsourcing system development.- Conducted an assessment of a failing embedded software product line and played key role in correcting product line’s execution path by ensuring reasonable requirements, establishing a new baseline cost and schedule and driving major system engineering issues to closure.- Identified critical path risks during requirements definition including availability of hardware for interface testing and product integration testing dependencies.

- Provided technical consulting for initial market penetration in Athens, Greece by identifying limitations in existing strategy and recommending different approaches more likely to resonate with local governments.

Led business plan development to transition a wireless location research project into a technology startup. This business plan led to the project’s formal entrance into the University of Maryland’s technology incubator program for startup companies.
