Complex projects management, involving multiple teams in Chile, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. Sometimes two of them, sometimes all of them on the same program. Sometimes pure business projects, like a detailed business process assessment and modeling on each country's branch. Sometimes a traditional software development project.Responsible for the architecture, front-end and infrastructure areas. Helped to bring and promote some of the best available technologies and practices on the time to the company, like:- Agile process and practices, from the first team to use Scrum to internal agile practices evangelist role.- New languages, frameworks, and technologies (Python, Ruby/Rails), NoSLQ databases, Hadoop/Hive, etc.Another remarkable work involved the definition and the development of innovative but private solutions, like a graph-based database quite before the NoSQL wave (and the Neo4J), and a crowdsourced, emerging soft-schema data service. And last but not least, one of the main interest areas and work were information retrieval (semi-structured documents, and search, on top of Apache Lucene).Also helped to push the company to the development community, opening many business opportunities and contributing to a more creative, effervescent culture.Act in all Scrum roles, sometimes as PO, sometimes as the SM, sometimes as a team member.Heavy involvement with some product's definition with a cooperative teamwork with the customer itself, the UX and Design teams.
