ProAPW is the first alliance Project in between Renault & Nissan in manufacturing field. In involves merging of two different manufacturing concepts of both organization in one application. The application serves as a common platform between engineering/ designers and the manufacturers to work together in a vehicle manufacturing. Through this application the “Production way of both Renault and Nissan” can be managed. ProSPR is the documentation management system. RUN activity mainly concerned with analyzing and providing solution for the CHIPRE incidents created by the users within the stringent timeline. As a onsite coordinator the main objective is to serve a liaison between the French team and Indian team and to facilitate and exchange the ideas between the two team which are culturally different.Responsibility: Taking up the RUN Support activity from DIR, France team to RNTBCI, India. Providing fixes on CHIPRE incidents raised by users. Functional and technical study for client requirements. Technical skills and mastery of the complex Project environment. Received appreciation from client for the ability to adapt to French way of working with high autonomy and transparency.

ProSPR is an application for process documentation management. Engineering team prepares the process operation sheet (FOP) in which product process is defined. The Environment we used are Jsf 1.2, Hibernate 3.0, Core Java,J2EE, Mysql 1.5, Eclipse 3.2. and the OS is Unix and Windows OS.
