Have in depth knowledge of trade capture and processing in fixed income bonds and derivatives (credit & interest rate). Also have extensive experience in legacy platform elimination projects - assessing inherent risk, identifying existing and future requirements, and chalking out strategic roadmap for replacement platform.Strong project management skills – well versed in executing projects via Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid models depending on the need. Strong team management skills with responsibilities including team structuring & people development. End-to-end function ownership including run the bank & client interfacing responsibilities.
