An experienced Project Engineer with a background of working on various small to large-scale Commercial/Residential projects. My work experience includes fit-outs, structural steel works, facade, concreting works, site supervision, quality assurance, project management, Health & Safety compliance etc. To back up my experience, I studied Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Auckland.I have always been technology-driven, and I believe that technology can drive innovations. It can be used effectively to solve many complex problems that are currently faced by the construction industry. Because of this motivation, I undertook a research project on Building Information Modelling (BIM) for my master's studies. My research project involves identifying the role of BIM in making Smart Infrastructure and finding barriers to its implementation in New Zealand. It also includes finding applications of BIM after integration with other digital technologies.
