Imagine, after 20 years, there are a few hundred people in a city, leading different enterprises, a school, a rights based NGO, an industry, a barber shop, an art studio, a farm, a dairy shop, contributing in some form towards a happy, healthy, cultured, and buzzing city/region, working on quality education, health, sustainability, city commons and so on. They meet, talk, play, jam, dine, trek and celebrate life together. In different circles, they talk about their common dreams, challenges and the core values that will help them leverage these dreams and challenges. They know that each of them have different strengths and resources and their lives will be so much easy if they identify ways to complement each other whenever there are opportunities.This is the dream! The dream of Nagpur as a knowledge city, a thriving ecosystem of happy, connected and driven people. Every time we have a new person believing in this dream, we get a step closer. My pursuit is to stay in search of these individuals, build connections, dream and plan together and build an ecosystem of support to realize this dream.
