Pd-catalyzed C-C and C-N coupling.• Worked on various aspects like Process development of APIs, Impurity synthesis and isolations, Non-infringing routes of API, plant troubleshooting, cost reduction and technology transfer. •Development of APIs by using the QbD approach Design of Experiments (DoE), Process Analytical Tools (PAT), FMEA, CPP, Control Strategy, Genotoxic impurities purge study & what-if studies (Negative experiments). • Skilled in doing chemical reaction and purification from milligram scale to gram scale (5mg –100 g).• Excellent knowledge of organic chemistry and characterization (NMR, GC and LC-MS, IR, TGA, XRD, HPLC,UV-Vis,TGA etc.). • Knowledge in industrial systems like cGLP, cGMP, ICH, FDA guidelines• Experience in handling hazardous, highly flammable, air and moisture sensitive materials and reagents.• Good IT knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SciFinder, ChemDraw, ELN , Doc-Hub. etc
