 Preparation of ordering sheets, DRP sheets, Inventory, Sales reports on regular basis and do the analysis of these reports and arrange them in the useful manner. Follow up for the urgent orders and execution of alternate plan such as Measurement of Vendor Performance. Promise Dates maintenance in ERP (JDE/ SAP) and communication to customers. Follow up for the Past Due orders & Open POs and PO Correction. Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand. Reconciliation of In-transits, Open Orders, aged orders. Creation of backorder, open order reports and circulation to all stakeholders on a timely basis. Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination. Operational Support to create demand forecasts by country for a given business line by using appropriate tools. Support in forecast analysis- forecast consumption, accuracy, MI analysis etc. Upload of forecasts in appropriate tool within deadlines. Uploading the various planning parameter data into the system at agreed frequencies and deadlines.
