 Managing existing client relationships – both Corporate and HNI Sending investor’s portfolios on a periodic basis – daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly Advising the HNI clients and managing their portfolios based on our research teams investment philosophy and risk profiling. To suggest changes in portfolio accordingly Regular follow up of client transactions and necessary liaison with the back office to coordinate payments and settlements. Assist clients with regulatory requirements such as KYC etc. Liaise with NRIs and help them in initial paperwork prior to commencement of investment. As a value added service provider help clients with their tax computations on equity and Mutual funds transactions. As a value added service provider tally clients holdings (on a monthly basis) with statements sent by their depository custodians (DP) Updating the brokerage structure by co-ordinating with all the fund houses.  Calculating the Asset under Management and revenue every month for all clients. Keeping up to date information on all new Fixed Maturity Plans and sending it to concerned department (CRO). Collecting applications from clients and submitting the same at the appropriate collection centers, writing primary deal slips, updating primary blotter / primary deal package etc.  Getting our organisation empanelled as brokers / sub-brokers for various Primary Debt issues, procuring issue information, forms, brokerage structure and other related information from the issuers Primarily supporting CRO’s in servicing Mutual Fund investors.  Visiting clients on exceptional situations.  Maintaining records for the products namely primary market deals and fixed deposit and sending MIS on a monthly basis Coordinating with brokers for equity issues, bonds and fixed deposits floating in the market so as to update the in-house Relationship Managers and Investors on the same

 Reverting to customers email received through banks website & secure Net Banking mailbox. Ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer’s queries, requests & complaints. (As per laid down operating procedures and processes). Coordinating with different departments & units of the bank to fulfill customer requirements. Ensuring follow up & call back to customers on exceptional cases. Anticipating customer potential problems and seeking out ways to reduce customer grievance and achieve customer satisfaction. Taking supervisory & escalations related to the product. Responsible for Business development & boosting of sales. Framing & formatting templates for most frequently asked customer queries, to ensure standardization of the process / template followed. Taking updates for the entire team at regular intervals (Product & Process related) Monitoring mails reverted by team member. Preparing & Maintaining MIS Coordinating with different departments of the bank including the clearing department.
