 Since it is a new company incorporated in Dec 2013, I was responsible for the entire setup of export and import activities. My responsibilities include initial registration of company with various Government departments, viz, Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT, CST, FSSAI. Apart from this registration with Bombay Chamber of commerce, Export Promotion council. Registering the company with various ports in India for smooth flow of export and import shipment. Selection of bank as per the company’s requirement and opening an account for international transaction.  Finalizing contract with the service provider for export and import shipment. Initiating the process of selecting the best software from various available in the market for export and import transaction. The software selected was useful to logistics, purchase and finance department. Liasoning with bank for transferring foreign currecnty towards registration of products as well as for inward remittances. Arranging the ECGC policy along with the limits of buyers where the export is under credit. Keeping track of all inward and outward funds in FC. Responsible for all the other logistics activity of the company.

CC/11/107 (Central Mumbai).Representation was made to DGFT, Delhi to amend the policy pertaining to import of Fish Lipid Oil and succeeded in getting the amendment done.Representation made to DGFT to incorporate specific HS code for Neutraceutical products in ITS HS code.
