•Answering queries communicated via phone, Sunrise ITSM, LiveChat and other mechanisms used by the IT Service Desk•Providing support across Clearing, Registration, Welcome and start of Term 1, with an initial focus on password queries, Multi-Factor Authentication and other account issues.•Work collaboratively with other IT teams to resolve issues using clearly defined IT Service Management processes.•Checking, maintaining and supporting the computing facilities in all ILS supported IT labs, open access IT spaces, offices and meeting rooms, and working jointly with the Digital AV Solutions team to arrange preventative maintenance checks and first line level AV support in general learning spaces.•Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of network issues, including connectivity problems, slow network speeds, and IP conflicts.

•Collaborating with other student ambassadors and university staff to achieve common goals and enhance the university's reputation.•Conducting campus tours for prospective students, their families, and visitors, providing insights into campus facilities, academic programs, and student life.•Assisting with new student orientations by helping incoming students accumulate to campus life, explaining university policies, and answering questions.•Offering academic and career advice to fellow students, sharing personal experiences, and helping them navigate university resources.•Being available for events and activities, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the university's needs.•Used student centre's system during registration period for issuing student letters. •Participating in and helping to organise university events such as open days, career fairs, information sessions, graduation and so on.

-Define the project objectives, workflow that support thebusiness to the clients. -Train the clients how to use the system. -Provide support to the clients with the problems they arefacing.-Negotiate with the clients and follow up for the required reports.-Undergo the software searching bugs and report them.-Help in producing a bug free and smooth software.
