We solve the problem of finding the right person to talk to at the right time. Effective utilization of time for the sales team is doubled effectively increasing the sales pipeline by at least 2x.Managed a team strength of 50+ consisting of product managers, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams. I have lead Analytics, Messaging, CRM and Broadband technology verticals. I handle an annual operating plan of 32 million dollars, I also manage the top-line and bottom-line. In this role I have me or exceeded targets 5 years in a row. My role has entailed innovation and new product development and have therefore hugely significant in New Product Innovation and growth. In this role I created two products in successful products in Analytics and one on dynamic pricing in addition to technology transformation by moving products to virtualization platforms and cloud. I have gained excellence and demonstrated competencein managing people. I have been exposed to 360 degree relationships including senior leadership, teams, customers, vendors, competition and competitive analysis. I have been pivotal in spotting talent, bringing them in and nurturing talent into senior roles.

I have been accredited with large growth in existing accounts (from while also acquiring new ones.
