Working as a Scrum master and technical specialist, I have managed team of 6 people with whom I develop, monitor and troubleshoot Kubernetes cluster and elastic search related issues of these applications. I estimated new features of product & tracked delivery of these features. Worked closely with Support teams to discuss, analyse and report progress of the features and customer issue resolution. I also owned a Sybase based application to debug and resolve related issues. Created Grafana dashboards to monitor k8s cluster resource usage.
