The present business was started in the year in 1999 and we are managing the business successfully. Concept of C&F Agents was first conceived by BPCL in 1999 and we were appointed as the first C&F Agent in India. We are proud to state that we could successfully manage the C&F Agency.Considering our success BPC appointed C& F Agents in other areas.Besides, SAP was implemented in our agency as a pilot project for lubricant division and after successful implementation BPCL implemented SAP for other areas and other agency. With this experience the proprietor and the staff is familiar with SAP. They also assisted other C&F to implement SAP in their organization.Our customer-base was around 450 customers including direct and retail outlets.Past several years our aim is to provide prompt service to all our customers. We have personal interaction with our customers to understand their needs from time to time.We dealt with big industrial customers like Tata Motors, Kalyani Lemmerz Ltd, Endurance Technologies Ltd, Godrej & Boyce Mfg co Ltd, Kinetic Engineering Co Ltd, and SKF Bearings Ltd, etc. Several times there was urgent requirement of material from these companies. With our persuasion with Co, we managed to procure the material in time and could meet customer’s requirement without any time constraints. We could manage this successfully as we have our own transport facility. When the requirement is more then we arrange transport from transport operator on contract basis.Therefore, all our customers were very satisfied with our services.
