 Assembly, Erection, Installation & Alignment of Equipment as per specifications of drawings and standards. Assembly & Erection of Structures as per specifications of drawing and standards. Scheduling Daily activities and deploy necessary resources to complete in planned time. To execute overall on plot piping fabrication and erection works include identification of materials, coordination for the qualification of welders, inspection of site as per isometric, GAD and P&ID, fabrication of pipe spool, organize inspection of welding, coordination for the NDT, installation of piping, preparation of as built drawing and test pack, preparation of mechanical punch list, hydro testing, Flange Management and box up activities as per applicable codes, procedures and standards. To assist pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of piping systems completed include flange joint leak test, air flushing, water flushing, nitrogen purging etc. To coordinate for the shutdown activities of Off plot and On plot tie in piping works include shut down plan preparation, man power, machinery, shut down materials and equipment estimation, coordination for a like procedures for fabrication of piping, installation and testing of piping and structures, installation of equipments etc. To liaise with engineering team for the completion of approved construction (AFC) drawing and ensure complete transmittal of the same in to site To check the Bill of Material (Material Take Off) as per drawing for ensuring requirements are realistically quantified as per scope and budget and follow up the delivery of the project/construction materials. To liaise with procurement and material management team to ensure the project piping material delivery are in time as per planned schedule to site. Liaising with engineering (design team) to ensure deliverable like project materials and equipments meet construction requirements.
