Area of expertise: - Ability to lead & work across multiple projects and cross functional teams.- Capable to handle various systems (Body,Trim & Chassis) like brakes, Steering, HVAC,Suspension, BIW structure, doors, interior, seats, seat belt, exterior bumpers, wiper system, lamps.- Expertise in identifying and solving unique design issues for every new models in the early stage of the project.- Efficient in defining the innovative strategies to internal and supplying partners / Process audit & FMEACarrier Highlights: - Proactively resolved 50+ unique design issues during advanced developments stages in Namyang Pilot center, Korea.(Participated for 10 new models)- Played a pivotal role in achieving production pass ratio and eliminating the claim cost by providing immediate solutions for various critical issues.- Carried out detailed case study and break through on chronic water leak issue in doors and tailgate, bench marked competitor design and suggested for a design change to accommodate various body profiles. - Exposure in 3 domestic & 1 international cross country drive evaluations to identify and improve the vehicle dynamic.- Got level 1 certification from IDIADA for dynamic evaluation in proving ground.
