PROJECTS:1) EXPANSION OF 380KV SUBSTATION AT TABUK BSP AND DUBA GREEN2) CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 132/13.8KV SUBSTATION FOR INDUSTRIAL CITYIN TABUK Preparing Baseline schedules and other project related schedules using Primavera P6. Preparing Project budget, uploading in SAP, Monitoring & cost control of the projects. Preparing cashflow, monthly and weekly reports for client. Project progress tracking and reports submission.

o Primavera P6 - Master Construction Program Preparation with Resource loading and Tracking the project on fortnight basis. Generation of reports from P6 like Monthly Look Ahead, 3 Month Procurement program & Resource requirement based on tracked projected data.o Reports and Submission: Preparation of Monthly Program, Resources requirement, DPR (daily), MIS (Monthly), Reconciliation of materials, Preparation of Power point presentation for Monthly Review Meeting at Regional level & for Client PRM.o Prepare & Monitor Procurement tracker for Specialized works in co-ordination with Regional Office Team.o Productivity Monitoring for all activities.o To estimate / quantity take off for all activities in the project.o Contractual correspondence Letters to client, RFIs (Request for Information – drawing queries), Technical Proposals / submittals for getting consultant approvals and handling all document related process.o Progress Review and MOM: Conducting Daily progress review at Project level & Weekly meeting for sub-contractors and record performance as per MCP and circulate to concerned teams, and escalating issues/requirement to RO Level.o Compliance and Co-ordination: Comply with planning modules for all reports. Ensure Zero NC in every audit for planning functions.o Delay Register: Recording delay events / hindrance on daily basis & highlighting to higher levels. Preparing catch up / impacted program on Monthly basis.

*Project Management, Project Planning, Monitoring and Controls*Procurement tracking for entire project, coordination with Supply Chain Management Team*Management Information System - Generating MPCS reports like Schedule, Resource Planning, Specialized agencies tracking, Direct cost & indirect cost, etc.. *Vendor Management - Managing around 40+ Civil vendors at project site*Contract management and Client Coordination

o Primavera P6 scheduling, Resource loading and submission to Client (preparing Master Construction Program for projects in Primavera P6).o Tender Projects and Technical Submission: Preparing MS Project Schedule, Construction Sequence, Logistics Plan, Methodology, Plan, Resource Requirements and Project Execution Plan for bidding purpose in coordination with respective functions. Additionally preparing PTR (Pre Tender Review) in contracts for all Tender Projects.o Execution / Reporting / Tracking for all projects: Ensure submission of all planning reports like PnP (daily/weekly), MIS (Monthly), Monthly Look Ahead Plan, Bulk Materials Schedule (Monthly), MCS (Monthly), Progress Review Reports (Monthly), Mobilization Tracker with in timeline.o Review of Tracked MSP / Primavera Schedules of all projects & circulating Project Performance to higher level on monthly basis.o Ensuring productivity monitoring of major activity on monthly basis for all projects.o Monitoring and escalating issues of projects: Analyze the targets and achievement of projects based on shortfall and critical issues. Highlight and escalate issues /constraints well in time to meet monthly & overall targets.o Preparation and reviewing delay analysis: Ensure delay analysis from tracked schedules and submission of impacted schedules to client.o Monitoring and Tracking the ongoing project through MS Project.o BIM Coordination with Client, Architect & Vendors. o Preparation of Reconciliation statement & MIS Reports.o Quantities take off for the entire project for procurement and other resource schedule planning o Preparation of Project Cost Monitoring.o Preparation of Weekly and Monthly ahead Programs.o Maintaining the Drawing Register, hindrance & Delay Records o Coordination with Site team & MEP works.o Coordination with Specialized agency works.o Tracking and documentation of project as per LEED norms.
