•Reviewing DNS & Ensure timely PO creation to supplier after MRP executions. •Ensure materials are received as per the Promised Delivery Date. •Managing Over head Inventory. Stocks rebalancing to required Sites. •Identifying opportunities on cost savings. Negotiation. •Identifying alternate Source. •Coordinate purchasing activities with Manufacturing, Planning, and Engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost effective and timely manner. •Working with Supplier on Pull in & push out request.•Clearing Receiving issues & Quality issues - Return to vendor thru RMA/RGA process.• Work closely with Accounts Payable team to ensure "No delay in payment to the suppliers".• In day-to-day tasks, working with Suppliers, Logistics, Warehouse, Planning, Production, , SCM and Accounts payable teams to run the operations smoothly.• Will identify root cause analysis for failure and improve the current process effectively.•Oracle Fusion Cloud-ERP.•Work with Finance Team on quarter end for Accruals.
