As a QA Lead, I manage the offshore team in major, minor and maintenance releases. I ensure that our team sticks to the test plan and track the release progress on a day to day basis and updating the same to onshore in the Agile scrum meeting. I use my experience and knowledge to analyze any possible hiccups in test cycle and alert the management. I do suggest corrective actions to resolve any hindrance and achieve targeted QA completion date. I also work on test plan preparation, create, review & execute test cases and automate new feature and regression tests in Test Complete.
