• Wolters Kluwer acquired Axentis, Inc. in 2009. Collaborated with the President and General Manager of the business unit to develop and execute strategy for our SaaS / Cloud based enterprise governance, risk and compliance (GRC) management suite. • Provided exceptional operational and technical leadership, established cloud GRC product roadmap aligned with business strategy, market and customer needs and financial investments. Participated with other Wolters Kluwer business divisions – CCH, TeamMate and SWORD – to identify synergies for integration, strengthen product mutual products and increase market penetration.• Managed product development through close collaboration with sales, marketing and professional services. Identified and incorporated features into product that facilitated new business opportunities, customer needs and market needs. • Launched new solutions for Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), improved learning management system with ecommerce integration, enhance dashboard and reporting capabilities and expand platform to support over 20 languages.
