● Conduct site visits of central plants to analyse current plant configuration, operation, and performance● Gather, cleanse, and process data from various sources and utilize data analysis tools and techniques to organize the data for use in CPO analysis● Use energy modelling/simulation tools to estimate potential savings from implementing CPO and other energy conservation measures● Use problem solving skills to validate simulation results and troubleshoot simulations. ● Following integration to plant automation systems, lead the process of commissioning to ensure CPO algorithms are dispatching plant in an optimal fashion aligned with simulation models. ● Troubleshoot through plant automation systems to identify issues during commissioning.● Perform savings measurement and verification (M&V) analysis after CPO has been operational.

Understand the existing infrastructure, machinery and energy consumption of each system.Inspect existing performance of equipment like chiller, cooling tower, AHUs, pump, fan & blowers, Boiler, Compressor.Perform historical energy consumption trend, record present energy consumption using power quality analyzer.Informed customer about energy use and sought energy conservation opportunities resulting in efficient and reliable energy system.Create detailed energy audit report containing energy analysis, recommendations.Proficient in handling energy auditing instruments like Power quality analyzer, ultrasonic flow meter, Infrared imager, flue gas analyzer, manometer, anemometer & Earth pit resistance meter.
