Break down & Preventive Maintenance.Attending routine break down maintenance activities of all Equipment. • Analyzing the problems & taking corrective actions.• Executing preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.• Updating the task lists.• Increased Zero breakdown machines from 50 to 39.• Reduced breakdown percentage from 0.92% to 0.89%.B. Spares Planning.• Identifying & preparing list of spare parts for each equipment’s.• Maintaining min & max level in department stores.• Tracking monthly Spares consumed cost & list of Spare parts.• Taking&Maintain drawing data for use spare parts and make new spare.C. Planned Maintenance.• Executing major overhauling on Weekly off days.• Executing shut down activities.E. Functional Responsibilities. • Working in shifts & handling day-to-day maintenance activities in shifts.• Ensure availability and effective utilization of maintenance spares.• Co-ordination with Plant engg for utility services.• Ensure Discipline, safety and Housekeeping of the section.• Documentation like updating Break down reports, History cards, P.M. task list.• In-house modification work.(Kaizens).• On the Job Training to new people.• Ensure deployment of manpower.

Installation &commissioning of projects at customer site.• Annual maintenance of Panel & Machines.• Programming of PLC (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Idec, Mitsubishi, Burny CNC controller, RS Logix 5000, Siemens 802,810,828,840 CNC controller), Servo Drive, HMI Designing, temperature controller, encoder, vision sensor, Videojet marking, Telesis marking.• Team Management.• Planning of Project Execution. • Preparing all required details data Project.• Daily morning meeting for work planning and review.• Work Schedule variance Report. •Preparation of Work Completion Report / Final Checking Reports
