The Indian & German joint venture of EBERSPATURE group & Sharda Motors open its new plant in Pune.The joint venture develops, and produce- Exhaust systems, Shell canning, Tank bracket, and NOX for commercial vehicle- Ashok Leyland & which meet the emission standards BS-6 & contribute to Air purification in India. Contribute as a Production Engineer- Team Leader of ATS line & successfully lead the production team of EBERSPATURE to launch 04 new products (DPF, DRT, ELBOW, X475) for Ashok Leyland. Successfully lead a Team of 51 operators, 10 welders & 04 gap leaders in the Exhaust system (BS-6) for Cummins. Implemented 4M change deviation, Start-Up, I do I check (Self-Inspection), First Off, Escalation Matrix, Safety first, Quality always in Plant
