Responsibilities – • Operation management- Involves coordination between the planning, production plants and technical groups at research division. Identification of production issues and propose solution for the same. Analysis of available capacity with sales order. • Ensure consistent and outstanding study quality and turn around timelines of lab operations. Plan for and manage assets for team members (software, hardware, space, supplies), capacity planning. Control team resource levels to meet business trends by working closely with MIS team.
