• Provided Field Event Management support (Customer Engineering) for Pratt & Whitney Canada PW500 and JT-15D series Turbofan Engines• Addressed key engine issues with customers via Daily Event Report• Analysed snags reported on engines (via CRM) and briefed them during screen team meetings with customers to identify the potential root cause, thus improving product reliability• Supported tracking, processing, and investigation of unscheduled LRU removalsAchievements:-In this role, I supported the engineering activities of the PW500 and JT15D series turbofan engines for the customers (PWC). Through my continuous non-reluctant proactive approach, I was able to gain our customer's trust through outstanding Field Event Management, which includes but is not limited to Event Troubleshooting and Analysis, AOG situation summary, Daily Event Report, LRU logistics coordination, Product Reliability assistance, Engine investigation report analysis and supporting quarterly review of Hi-Viz events for Transport Canada (Aviation Authority of Canada).I had gained an appreciation for conducting Screen Team Meetings, which are held everyweek where engineers from different parts of the world join together to discuss, analyse, andact on the issues reported by various airline operators and formulate a solution. I hadcontributed in the areas of proper in-depth analysis of an event or snag identified on anengine and had given apt suggestions/troubleshooting recommendations based on EMM andprevious history of events which was much appreciated by both my internal team as well asmy customers.Through a well-articulated plan and meticulous attention given to issues highlighted byoperators, I was able to support my customers. I had earned acclaim for identifying the painareas of the airline operators, which were sorted out and solved amicably.
