Joined as a Developer with the Core R&D team.Got to work with and under a lot of brilliant individuals/leaders/mentors, over a period of 3 years.Got an opportunity to grown under excellent leaders and mentors, with bottom-up learnings, across technologies and first-hand customer consulting relationship.Got to learn and experience a sense of mechanical-sympathy, be-it working with JVM byte-code optimisations to multi-core (60+cores) batch processing systems involving complex and critical systems.Got to experience, performance engineering first-hand and with direct customer engagements, and joy of collaborating with excellent individuals across geographic and even relationship boundaries, within and outside of Zafin.Learnt the power of mechanical persuasion, if we could call one, by instrumenting and optimising code, or be it seeing DSL engineering in-action or by building performance models, to help reassure customers around safety-critical paths or just the simple joy of working with billions of transactions and hundreds of cores of processing.

Joined as a Developer with the eBBS Core Banking Team, based in Chennai.First hand experience, helping learn complexities of large, globally deployed and distributed, critical core-banking systems. Got to experience, lifecycle of such critical systems, right from development to deployment, to post-deployment audits.Was recipient of the CTO's Tech Wiz Award 2011-12, within ~6 months of starting in the larger team. Was also part of various initiatives within the Core Banking Team and won multiple awards and accolades within the larger team in Chennai.A very memorable enterprise experience, where i got to learn and accomplish lot of things, in a short period of time.
